I'd have taken Harper last year, and will obviously still take him now. I liken Trout to early Bonds, through say 91. Harper to me is like Bonds of 92-2000. Obviously neither will draw the walks that Bonds did, but the rest I think is solid. Wouldn't surprise me to see Harper put up 600 homers...

So that would make him a great backup behind Coples and Wilkerson then?

That's not the question... But the Pistons just seem reluctant to play Monroe and Drummond at the same time, and I think you can have proper floor spacing with a frontcourt of Smith and Drummond.

A few days ago I was fucking around with the trade machine and thought that a Monroe + Maggs for Smith swap would be beneficial for both teams. (obviously before the Drummond injury..)

IMO: Oher too high, Cushing too high, Harvin > Nicks, Laurinaitis too low. I do like the idea and looks pretty good other than that.
