Pretty simple, who do you think is the best 3-4 combo in the league?

Some notables are Albert Pujols and Matt Holliday, Mark Teixeira and Alex Rodriguez, Joe Mauer and Justin Morneau, Adam Dunn and Paul Konerko, and Josh Hamilton and Adrian Beltre.

Note: I didn't include whoever the Red Sox are hitting 3-4 because I have no idea who's hitting where.

I'll give my answer later.

I'd say Pujols and Holliday.

Well if Lind regains his 2009 form and Bautista continues to do what he did last year, I don't see why not.

Well how would u know? You're not a psychic.
I guess we should all stop making predictions then

Hate that bullshit "you're not a psychic" stuff when someone makes a prediction they disagree with

That's not my point at all. I just said that if they play well this season, they should be considered as one of the better 3-4 hitters in the league then you said it wasn't gonna happen. Anything can happen and I'm pretty confident that they could both do well this season.

So you did exactly what I just said. Told me I'm not a psychic after I made a prediction that you disagreed with...

I'm sure if I said that they were going to be one of the better 3-4 combos in the league you wouldn't have asked me if I thought I was a psychic

It's different from what I said. I said if they do well this season, they should be considered to be as one of the best 3-4 hitters in the league. It's not a prediction.

Ryan Braun and Prince Fielder. Love the lefty/righty combo, Fielder with the power and Braun the XBH and speed.

since this thread was bumped.....

the best 3-4 hitters in baseball this season has been Gonzalez and Youkillis. Gonzalez has the #4 WAR and Youkillis #6. (notably Pedroia is #2 and Ellsbury #3, best 1-4 in a long time)

btw, Bautista and Lind actually were pretty good this year

I don't think there is any doubt really the Sox have had the best 1-5 hitters this year, let alone 3-4. Power wise 3-4 you gotta go with the Yankees. If only Granderson and Tex could hit for average...
