well, the mavs pick is actually heavily protected
top 20 protected until 2019 when it becomes unprotected
or the mavs could decide to give it away whenever they feel like

the mavs are scuffling lately and will probably want to keep the pick this year in a deep draft. no guarantee they are a top 9 team at seasons end

just not worth it as a rental

Why would he be a rental? Are the Lakers suddenly not going to need a starting PG when the off-season rolls around? I'm not a huge fan, but he's only 25 and has shown progress in certain parts of his game (his 3 point shot improving is an example). Getting Sessions for a late first is a steal for a team in desperate need of a PG.

it might be a risk worth taking, i just like having 2 picks potentially for this draft. im guessing the picks become even more valuable after the season around draft day

im hoping the lakers could get felton instead of sessions. blake/mcroberts for felton

Don't see anyway it could happen.

I'd trade Joakim Noah if the Lakers are interested, but I'm not sure the Bulls would.

You can run your offense through Pau, and it would take some pressure off Rose to do everything.

Yeah that would work. Anything more though and I don't think Bulls would pull the trigger.

I'm not so sure they would even deal Noah for Pau. They're probably trying to dump Boozer and others on the Lakers.

I'm not sure if Pau would fit on the Bulls anyway.

I honestly think he'd be a great fit anywhere. He's got such a good all-around game you can put him next to any player in the front court and in most systems.

lol what?

Bulls dont have anything other than Deng that would interest the Lakers anyways. Noah and Bynum arent the perfect fit, but i'd probably take him. doubt chicago would want to lose him though. fuck boozer. i dont think the lakers are that dumb

Bulls would need a 3rd team to get Pau

that. He hasn't really lost much in his game, either. Still a good defender, good scorer, excellent rebounder.

he hasnt lost anything from his game

he's playing more with Bynum this year than in years past, and isnt getting many post up opportunities. he's getting less points with the same amount of shots because most of his shots are jumpers now. He's still Pau

Alex Kennedy of HoopsWorld reports that the Spurs, Jazz, and Timberwolves are in talks that would see Josh Howard go to San Antonio, C.J. Miles and Jamaal Tinsley to Minnesota, and Wayne Ellington along with Danny Green to Utah.

He also writes that while no deal is imminent, talks are ongoing and it is likely that draft picks and more players are added to the deal.

Ellington has played real well since Rubio went down. May make them hesitant.
