idk what management is thinking.......first we let 3 LBs go, and our starting SS. Then we pick up the worst QB in the league, thats right, THE WORST

Given a good O-line he can be good. Carolina and Houston just sucked all around when Carr was playing for them.

That's just like the Lions. We don't have a good O-Line so we can never see how good our QBs can actually be.

a very inexpensive and decent move by the Giants IMO -- better than "Fatso" Lorenzen

Carr definitley isn't the worst QB in the league, and would certainly be a killer backup behind a decent offensive line.

Carr is horrible, forget highest completion% the year BEFORE this past year. im talking about what he has done lately and in Carolina he was the worst QB to start BY FAR.

Having a declining Steve Smith and your second WR as a rookie as your top two targets didn't help his case. When he's with better recievers, he's a decent QB.
