Rumor going around that the Browns are shopping around nose guard Shaun "Big Baby" Rogers, per a league source.
Wonder what we could get for him.

I don't know, I think most teams that run a 3-4 are set.

Maybe San Diego?

Panthers for a 2011 late pick. We like to have 330+ pound DTs in our system to plug the run.

This is shaping up to be a really interesting off-season for the Bears. Getting Peppers would be sick, plus we're one of the favorites for Antrel Rolle. Those two alone could turn the defense around. Maybe having Peppers on the line would help Tommie Harris get his <Censored> together. LOL

I'm not sure what the Bengals have up their sleeves but it's a start. We got rid of three of our TE's that needed to be gone, especially Coats and now we got rid of Coles. Were definitely looking for a #2 WR now, not sure what's going to happen but I hope they pick someone up good. Should be interesting.

Rumor is that the Bears are going to cut Tommie Harris... Hah.

Julius Peppers is, apparently, about to become a Chicago Bear.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports Peppers' signing in the Windy City is "imminent" while former Vikings RB Chester Taylor is already in the fold at the cost of four years and $12.5 million ($7 million guaranteed).

Peppers is the the crown jewel of this year's unrestricted free agent crop and should give the Bears a much more formidable pass rush while playing alongside DT Tommie Harris, who should now face fewer double teams.
The NFC North pass-rush next season is going to be insane.

Shock and AWWE, a Maranelli coached D-line featuring Peppers, Suh or McCoy, and Green Bay?

Wow.

Jon Jansen resigned with the Lions, 1 year deal.

Lions are also looking at Chester Pitts.

Browns scheduled a visit with Saints LB Scott Fujita.

Also apparently the Seahawks might sign Brandon Marshall, which would cost them the 6th overall pick.

Tampa Bay had a relatively quiet start to the free agent signing period, but did express interest in at least one player on Friday morning. PewterReport.com is reporting the Bucs have shown interest in Pittsburgh Steelers running back Willie Parker.
You gotta be <Censored>ting me, didn't we just try this <Censored> with Ward?

Unless he grows a foot and learns to play WR, I don't want him on the team.

Free agency is officially underway, but the Buccaneers aren't expected to be big players in terms of signing some of the top players available like defensive end Julius Peppers or linebacker Karlos Dansby, among others. Bucs fans are encouraged to temper their enthusiasm in regards to free agency.
The lights are out this off-season at One Buc Place.

Way to build our future boys!

Anyone heard a possible McNabb for a Rams 2nd rounder?

Hopefully that does not happen lol.

McNabb is worth more than a second round pick.

For how injury prone and old he is, not really.

Plus the Rams aren't going anywhere with him anytime soon.

McNabb still has like 3 years left. Need to have stability in the QB position. Plus he can groom a young QB as well.

He's not what he once was, but he still has the intangibles.

He could start for a lot of teams.
