NBA Draft Combine

Has anyone been watching it? It's on ESPNU.

I think your seeing that this is a pretty weak draft, and the top players aren't working out.

I also find it interesting that Marcus Morris is working out with the SF's, he did not want to work out with the PF's.

Marcus Morris impressed me with his range though. He hit a lot of shots.

Thats the group he is with...doesn't mean thats what he's gonna play. Marcus Morris is also playing SF...as is Tobias Harris.

I think he will mostly play the 2 as well. But he did well at ball handling today, and defense at the combine, which surprised people. He also nailed most of his 3 point shots...over half I heard. But thats not a surprise.

I don't know if he is a better shooter than Redick, but it isn't anywhere near the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. Jimmer is a great shooter, and I think he will be a very good NBA player. I think he'll be like Ben Gordon, maybe Steph Curry.

They did look good. Selby was there, he had a nice finish at the hoop.

Kanter and JaJuan Johnson also looked real good. Kanter couldn't hit shots, but around the rim, he finished with a dunk like every time.

Overall though I was really disappointed with the combine day 1. The players just shot around, did a few little drills and that was it. The rest of the time we were looking at the 5 or 6 guys sitting behind a desk just talking the whole time. It got real annoying. The camera at one point was focused on the half court line, while there were drills going on at the basket at each end...very poor coverage.
