Sports are about more than stats and I'm sorry if you can't realize that and this is coming from someone who has written thesis papers on basketball advanced statistics
Everything is translated into statistics. It's more about statistics than basketball purists want to admit.

I don't think someone who has never watched the game and doesn't understand it could construct a team by just looking at numbers, but to optimally construct a team, you better have someone who knows the game crunching numbers.

Look, since y'all seem to be so against Kobe being good next year, I'm very willing to make a bet here.

You set the statistical parameters he has to meet, and the wage being bet upon, and we'll negotiate from there.

Serious question--if Wes Matthews hadn't gotten hurt, would more of you voted for him at 5? Because at 100% and 100%, Wes Matthews is a better player than JJ Redick.

I will NOT let Wiggins win this. That would be so ludicrous

Just another example of people doing nothing but looking at raw stats and not getting that it's easier to rack up on good stats on bad teams.

Why is Kevin Martin not on the poll but Dion Waiters is?
