This Patriots begging the league to give them their first rounder kind of pisses me off

we lost the picks due to an allegation. not from factual evidence, but from probable cause.
 
we shouldn't have lost it in the first place.

First round pick was harsh, but there is a reason that process exists. The Pats had their opportunity to appeal the decision, and publicly announced that they would not do so, for whatever reason. That's when the process ended. Finality matters, what's the point of a process in the first place if you have no regard for it?

Nothing to write home about but i wouldn't say he's terrible either. I'd say he's a good stop-gap/depth player. 
 
I can never really tell who exactly is to blame on the defense.

Chase Daniel's contract is something I can't begin to wrap my brain around. It's an anomaly. Certainly not something to use a measuring stick just because somebody came to the negotiating table drunk.
