I have been pretty sour on the NFL for some time but the Vikings finally shed the 'Tampa 2' and West Coast crap and are now starting to make sense again. O-Line, LB, and Safety were our biggest issues last season and they've addressed each this offseason. Lamur and Griffin are great for depth and ST but each will have an opportunity to start. And signing Boone...I haven't been this excited since Hutchinson was brought to town.

Now if we draft Doctson......

Doctson should not be a 1st round WR

Coleman, Treadwell, Fuller, Thomas are all better, and Braxton is more intriguing. He's a solid 2nd rounder but not at #23 overall

Yeah, the more I read into the WR class, the less appealing Doctson is in the 1st. The Vikings need a guy to stretch the field like Wallace did last year and Will Fuller is probably best suited to be that guy. And I don't think we need to burn the 23rd pick to find that guy either. The Vikings may end up taking an OT at that spot or just BPA like they've done so much in the past. Nobody trusts Kalil and this is his last season to show he can hack LT.

Peyton was apparently looking at houses in West Hartford, which means he'll most likely be going to ESPN, over NBC/NFLN/FS1

I don't buy that. And if he does, it'll be short lived. I think he's going to be a front office exec.

Vikings sign OT Andre Smith to a 1-year deal. Low risk, high reward signing. The Vikes made O-Line depth a priority this offseason and they've exceeded expectations. Vets like Smith typically hit rock bottom when they shift to a new team so late into their career but there's a lot of familiarity with Coach Zim. Smith will look to start at RT while Loadholt is bumped to the bench or released. Load took a pay cut to avoid being cut already but much will depend on his knee recovery and camp.

They should do a China/London double header that starts at 6 AM.

I like this a lot more than trading a draft pick for Kaepernick

Keep Josh Gordon off tha weeeeeeeeeed, and we got something that resembles a college football team.

This Patriots begging the league to give them their first rounder kind of pisses me off
