There's one of two possibilities imo:

1) Dre wasn't the only person to get those pictures or,
2) Dre shared them with a few of this friends (very common among people who receive nudie/near nudie pics), and one of his friends heard this and dropped them to "have his back"

I really don't think it was Dre though.
