Thread bet? Wtf is that?

And I love how you pick and choose when to use SABR stats. You consider A-Gon to be ahead of Granderson in the MVP voting yet he's behind him in WAR.

Curtis is fighting for #5 spot, lmfao
As usual, the fail is very strong in this one.

Granderson:

Leads the majors in RBI's and runs scored.
Tied for third in the AL in wRC+ and wOBA
Tied for second in the AL in HR's
Second in the AL in slugging percentage
Plays a higher leverage position than Gonzalez or Pedroia.

Pedroia has no business being in this conversation, much like 2008.

Well that's pretty stupid, there's no downside to doing that.

Whatever though, I'll take the best just so you can be wrong.

The AL MVP imo is Bautista. The guys numbers are unreal. He's really Granderson + . He's got the power numbers with a .312 average and a league leading .452 OBP. He also leads the MLB with a 1.102 OPS. Unforunately for him he's on a 4th place team and plays in Canada, but regardless he should still win.

AL: Adrian Gonzalez
NL: Matt Kemp

Kemp probably won't end up winning it since the Dodgers are out of the race. If not Kemp, it will be Fielder/Braun/Upton. Probably Fielder.
