To explain, IPB is a <Censored>.

Apparently, you have to 'request' to have the site upgraded, you can't just download the upgrade yourself. So we will be down again at some point during the week with everything completed. Everything is done and ready to go.. problem being, IPB.

Now IPB is saying that Matt (the owner) has to pay for the IPB Gallery upgrade or else we lose it during the upgrade process... IPB is so difficult.
