i allowed other to shine with the gfx team so I could focus on the sim leagues and the remainder of the site, but so far the crew has dropped off considerably.
there's got to be a bit of a re-vamp, and this is my idea for the start.

Will the GFX Crew have to do the forum' skins, buttons, etc.?

If thats so, then sign me up for the Sig Crew. But if we don't have to do all that, then sign me up for the GFX Crew.

jays - i didn't totally understand your request/decision. gfx crew will help out with any gfx for the site, but not be required a quota per week. the sig crew is required to do 1 slide/gfx per week.



Also, Baggino and DCpwner are now on the GFX Team and Sig Crew

One month from the original post is tomorrow..

some of the Sig Crew has not met their quota of 1 Request a month.

Please, try and fulfill, or you will be placed on temporary status

It has been one month since the Multimedia crew was split into 2 different groups:

Now, with 1 request a week required for the Sig Crew, that would mean 4 should have been done by them. For the GFX Crew, they should have 1 done.

Some from both groups have not met the requirements, so they are now on a 1 month probation. They must meed their request requirements for the next month, or will be removed from the group. I'm sorry to be so stern and strict, but the requirement are super-easy.

Here are the requirements (3 cuts = 1 request):
Sig Crew - 1 GFX Request a week
GFX Crew - 1 GFX Reques a month


Here is the list I came up with.. It might be wrong, so please correct me if I am

jarrod2323 - BWalker, Dtown (4), ChiSports2.0(2), Cejis(2), Sim Sigs (3) = 12
Baggino - MOTM, JDudley, ATL anim (3), DHester, Sheed = 7
DCpwner - GOden, DDriver, BFavre wall = 3
jaysdude09 - DStern = 1
nba_balla - TO wall, Starbury wall, LilWayne wall, Bassy wall = 4
JoshHoward5 - Bush wall = 1
SnowyCasanova - Cena wall, JBL wall, EddieG wall = 3
LyRIKs - Kobe wall = 1

if you did more than your quota, it does not carry over. I do appreciate the extra work and effort, but the quotas I have set a side are easy if that's the position you wish to feel.
MC was added recently to the gfx crew due to his cutting skills. He will have to fulfill the requirements of 5 cuts in a month to remain. ZigZag does not have PS right now, so he's on temporary hiatus. For those who did not meet their quota (you know who you are), you are on a 1 month probation as of right now.

Guys, let's make this GFX Crew on SI something members look forward to, not something that is ripped on.
