Rickie Weeks clutch for no reason. I literally forgot he was still in the league.

What I don't get is why Norris hasn't been checked on yet. This is like the third play he's came up slow holding his leg.

JJ Hoover really, really needs to get his shit together. We were lucky to walk away with a W yesterday.

No dude

Trust me I do math for a living

Giving up more than 3 runs isn't a quality start
God I'm shitty with math. I think we agree on 3 ER or less equals a quality start. Fuck yeah!

Freddy Galvis walks them off against Papelbon, that's a sweet sight.

Papelbon finally blows a save. Knew it was coming eventually. Bryce harper homere for the 4th straight games that's cool too.

Twins win again to sweep the Angels. After an 0-9 start, winning 3 straight is great.

I'd argue 7 and 3 is. He wasn't bad though.

Right now Steven Wright is the best pitcher on this team and we can't give him run support.

Papelblown back at it again.
What people fail to realize (and I even failed to do so earlier) is that Papelbon is en route to becoming the best closer in baseball, even better than Mariano Rivera. Through the same years of his career, Rivera had worst numbers than Papelbon (believe it or not).

It's because all you have to do is be a good consistent closer every year really. Because if you have one bad year as a closer you'll so easily be bumped to a Set up or 7th inning man or further. Papelbon is just very good every year. For a while now.

Buchholz is a double-play machine today
