Also, it's not like Joyce is a bad umpire anyway. He said he made a mistake, this is an isolated incident.
your right, but the thing i don't get is that people say if he over turn the call it would bring more harm to him, but what harm is going to be brought towards him, when everyone wants the call to be over turn.Selig is an idiot for not reversing the call. There would be no harm done by reversing this because its a very rare and isolated incident. And he of all people should give a crap because he is about done as commish anyways.
Exactly. We would of all actually respected him for doing so, cause it is the right thing to do.your right, but the thing i don't get is that people say if he over turn the call it would bring more harm to him, but what harm is going to be brought towards him, when everyone wants the call to be over turn.
Gosh forbid moronic Selig does something that makes sense.95% of baseball fan want this over turn and so does joyce...so i dont see any harm to make the right call
exactly and he's going to live with that guilt foreverthe most important fact in turning it over is the fact that joyce admits it was a terrible call and feels bad about it.
yeah i saw there faces like, in shock.....but i guess things happen, and like gallaraga said ''Nobody Is Perfect''I loved also the fact that the whole Indians team were in shock as well. Every single player on that roster I would guaranteed would be for the MLB to overturn this, even Donald.
