He averaged 12-11 on a 48 win bulls team and didn’t get a single first place vote. And looking back on it there were some bad candidates, but Noah at 4 is still ridiculous

My bad, i meant third place votes

Dont forget 4 assists and 2 blocks....and him leading the offense with that roster, getting them into the playoffs, leading them to the second round, and playing elite all nba first defense

All you look at is stats, he was so much more valuable than 12 points per game, but you wont ever get it

i'll give him credit for #3, but #1, #2, and #4 were all awful passes, harden tried to draw a foul on #5 and flopped, and #6 was complete lack of awareness by gordon

of the 6 plays, only one shows good value by roberson
Regardless he slows Harden down everytime they play. No denying hes an all nba defensive player so calling him the worst player in nba history is off or just an over exaggerated joke by cc

He lead the 28th best offense, well done. I do get it, and I know he’s not good enough to deserve 4th in MVP

Theres a reason you dont get to vote

Dont forget he was also the anchor of one of the best defenses in the league

Stop discrediting what he did that season. He was great. You’re only hating on him because he doesnt like Lebron

he's all defensive CALIBER, but hes not making the first team

and have you not seen cc talk about my boy marcus before? why are you surprised that he hates roberson? at least smart can facilitate and shoot 72% from the line

Worst player may be a stretch. But he's without question the least skilled player in the NBA. (Roberson that is)

smart plays more minutes than roberson does tho

boston starts baynes/morris and lets smart run the 2nd unit. but marcus finishes the games with al, kyrie, and the two jays

like i guess you could start patpat and have andre in the 2nd unit... but why? roberson has almost no value on offense at all

Tbf Roberson atleast knows his role, and isnt firing away 3s like a dumbass

Also you nailed it on the head, they need Roberson out there guarding the other teams best player. Thats him at his best, not coming off the bench and guarding second units because then he’s completely useless. Coming off the bench would be pointless then

Theyre up there with Boston. This team is different and they have really good depth.
