There's gotta be a difference between kicking out a leg and intentionally initiating the contact, and shooting a fading jumpshot and have your legs drift out to the side.

Nobody's gonna kick out both legs to initiate contact because they would fall on their backs.

They do kick out, but that's still a standard motion for somebody that's curling into an off balance jump shot.

he didnt kick his legs though. thats his shot and dude flew into his legs
no, his leg was extended. but you can't help but extend your leg in that situation because hes falling back and to the side, it's natural to balance yourself the way he did.

He definitely kicked his legs. He knew exactly what he was doing. Like I said, to a ref, that looks like a leg kick. Refs don't study every players jumpers, but that's not the point.

Like I said, it's a bad call simply because in the NBA you don't call that.

i watched it and seen the foul the very first time. but if they dont call it regularly then they need to never call it.

I'm glad Rondo still isn't playing every game, the C's need to tank. We need to get rid or Jeff Green while his value is still high.

Sorry for bringing it back up but just watched it again. He kicked his legs so far. Clearly was trying to draw the foul haha.

Nice to see us featuring Andre early.

Honestly if I was coach, I would throw him the ball every fucking play. Fuck it

I just feel like drum is a little slower

I could be wrong and i might be biased because of how much of DJ i have seen

I think the fact that he ended up on the floor proves that he was trying to draw contact.  It's ridiculous to call that in the NBA, but I think he was trying to force the contact with BMac.
