lmao well actually i restarted PS before i posted the topic and it didn't work then after i posted the topic it started working but then it stopped working again. anyway, i don't think it's CAPS lock but i might be wrong.

in my PS, whenever i try to use the rectangular marquee tool it just shows the dragging hand. the same thing happens when i try to make a text box. any help had this problem before? it was working fine until i pasted a picture.

i don't like the scan lines or the render effects. the text has potential but it wasn't executed well. also, i would crop out the left side so it's just Sanchez and the text.
