PS Help?

in my PS, whenever i try to use the rectangular marquee tool it just shows the dragging hand. the same thing happens when i try to make a text box. any help had this problem before? it was working fine until i pasted a picture.

you try just restarting PS (or restarting your computer) since it's happened? one of em should work because ik what you're talking about i think.

Do you have CAPS lock on? I had a similar problem and didn't know what was wrong until I realized I had it on lol.

Maybe he doesn't have PS open anymore so therefore he noticed he had CAPS lock on and shut it off.

Cause he woulda been typing and seen that he had it on. So he shut it .

lmao well actually i restarted PS before i posted the topic and it didn't work then after i posted the topic it started working but then it stopped working again. anyway, i don't think it's CAPS lock but i might be wrong.

I always have that problem. I just press the spacebar.
