Yeah or if one team goes ultra small, just throw in Pascal instead of Ibaka. Theyd be able to switch everything without having a huge disadvantage.
see, I forgot pascal

These comparisons are always so off base. I dont know why you do them.

Boston is the best team in the east, but Im fine saying Toronto is close. Toronto is a better team than they were last year when they had the #1 seed

I dont think you realize how much of an impact a healthy Kawhi would make with a team that won 59 games last year and finished in top 5 in offense and defense.

Yeah celtics might have a great team, but to think its not going to be competitive is absurd.

also you guys are treating danny green not like he was a guy that shot 36% from 3 and averaged 8ppg last season... dude is not the same guy from the finals run, offensively or defensively.

I didn't say it wouldnt be competitive. theyre surely better than the overrated sixers

but to say toronto is the favorites is ridiculous. yes a healthy kawhi makes last year's toronto team better, no doubt about it, and losing casey probably helps too. yet, you cant attribute that the team that went to Game 7 of the ECF and will add TWO ALL STARS isn't the better team?

FVV is the only one that is worth mentioning of those 5, and idk how effective he'd be as a starter against Boston, knowing he'd either have to guard Kyrie, Jaylen, or Hayward

It's simple bo

And snipe already said it

They had the most wins in there conference last year

They add kawhi who when healthy is better than DeMar

They upgrade their coach

Boston will be good obviously. But it's not crazy to like Toronto more than Boston

For me Boston looks like they MIGHT have too many cooks

I expect they'll be ok. But that's why I keep saying Philly has a higher ceiling. Because embiid and Simmons could both be better than anyone on the Celtics

i do them because fuck you man lol

i think the gap between boston and toronto is about the same as golden state and houston THIS upcoming year. im hardly trashing toronto, but if healthy the celtics have a legit shot at a title

People are more offended by you acting like it will be a walk, and acting like Toronto got worse offensively (which you said the other day). Nobody should be surprised if Toronto has the best record in the east, again.

Stop saying adding two all stars to a team thst went to the ECF

Doesnt automatically make you a champion

Forget last year

Its a whole nother different season
