toronto doesn't have enough offensive firepower behind kawhi, and until ben simmons can shoot philly has ways to go (unless fultz emerges)

toronto has consistently been a top offensive team year in and year out, I don't see how that's going to change especially now that they've acquired a couple of floor spacers. as of now they may even have a top 3 defensive team as well. they're going to be neck and neck with teams like boston and philly assuming kawhi is healthy.

Toronto is easily the second best team in the East, and can be pretty close to Boston if Kawhi is back to 2017 levels (kinda depends on coaching).
 
And I don't know how you can possible say they don't have enough offensive firepower when they had the third best offense in the league last year, second best during the playoffs, and just replaced their leading scorer with someone considerably better and added a career 40% 3pt shooter. Their defense is what failed the in the playoffs, it went from fifth in the regular season to second worst in the playoffs (with a DRTG that would have been last in the regular season). I think adding one of the greatest perimeter defenders of all time and Danny Green should help with that. Not to mention the development of OG and Pascal
