What if an AL fan says DH isn't real baseball?
 
Because I actually prefer no DH even with all those years of David Ortiz winning.
 
You show all the ways they create outs, but if everyone had no DH then we wouldn't be bringing it up.  The core problem is different leagues having different rules.  I could go either way (DH or no DH) honestly just to keep consistency if it matters that much.

Here's another tidbit:  The Dodgers have the same record as the Tampa Bay Rays.
 
In my opinion, the Dodgers are playing far under expectations while the Rays are playing above expectations.  Both are still currently third place teams though by very different margins.
