When i posted that, they were up by almost 30 with less than 5 minutes to play, and Harden was still jacking threes. He was stat padding.

MDA (to team): We are up by 30! We must stop executing our offense as to not offend the other team.
 
MDA: We must not shoot threes! Only contested 2 pointers from here on out guys!
 
MDA (to Harden): And Harden - you cant shoot at all. You already have your "non-padded" points wrapped up. 
 
 
 
Stat-Padding is the weakest argument ever. People only use it when they dislike a player. Jordan stat-padded, Kobe stat-padded, they all stat-pad.

Dude, I don't give a fuck about Harden, the Rockets, or the NBA at all for that matter. The only reason Harden was on the floor at that point in the game was to pad his stats. I never said he shouldn't be trying to score, nor did I say stat padding was a bad thing...hell, score 100 if you want to, but don't tell me that isn't the reason he was still playing that late in a game that was basically over halfway through the third quarter.
