I'm really impressed by what Reke has done to drop weight and to get info better shape, he's going to be much more athletic this season.

dang. that is impressive. a lot of players drop weight just to gain it back though. if hes really dedicated to the dieting and doesnt decide to gain it back a few weeks in, good for him.

Ryno as well, he seems to surpassed where he was pre-injury and that's great. It was evident that he wasn't conditioned very well last season. I'm with you, it's great these guys are getting into the best shape they've been in since they've been in New Orleans and possibly during their career. If they stay with it, even better.

Eric Gordon has dropped some lbs as well, and Jrue is doing some advanced leg workouts on the knee that has been bothering him back.

the best thing to hear is strengthening an injured body part. hopefully that helps him, for off the court reasons too

Lmao

I know when Melo list all that weight it really hurt his game offensively. Mostly because he was a post and bang player

Couldn't tell a big difference in his stamina either

Hopefully it works for Reke.. I've always liked him, expected more from him

Reke is a lot of fun to watch. I can't wait for League Pass.

Hey folks, drop into the NFC South Forum and vote on Second best QB in the division. I need tiebreakers.

An all time fav of mine

Andrew Bynum!
Looks in playing shape

Man hes freaking big, no wonder he dominated

Told him im a big fan, he said thanks. Was surprisingly down to earth. I thought he was pretentious from all I've heard but he was cool
