Rose said his vert went from 37 to 42 after surgery

He had a max vert of 40 at the combine.

And that was probably the last time he tested his vertical.  I doubt he gained 2-5 inches on his vert just from rehab.  It likely improved over time with NBA level training and physical maturity.
