Maybe just white brushing or download some off a graphics website.

just add a black layer set to color dodge, then take a white soft brush on 23 Opac. and brush on that layer where you want lighting

Or.. take a soft brush and brush some dark or medium gray around some focal points then set that layer on dodge.
