They really don't. They need some quality defensemen really. After that, they aren't THAT bad. The East is so terrible, they could make a run next year if they spend some money.

I'd say more youth, and guys that aren't afraid to hit and get dirty.
As well as one more great goal scorer. Hossa-esque from a couple years ago really.

The Flames need a #1 Center to play with Iggy. They've tried plenty of centers...Langkow,Jokinen,Conroy,Stajan,etc.
They need someone like a super star status such as Marleau or Spezza to play center. It wont happen though.
