Not 100% sure about this one. I know you're still learning, but I personally would try to stay away from puke/diarrhea colors, like the one that your bg is. Really turns the sig off for people. Try to work on your placement of text as well. Read up on this tutorial here, it really helped me a lot. So yea, keep practicing, look at tuts and you'll steadily improve.

I would erase the pink around the logo and change the background to another colour otherwise thats a good sig
