Mr Baller, lemme explain a bit how these work.

You target the wrong people, you go down. For example, You minused my Blues when you should be trying to slow down the inevitable fall of the Leafs. Or rather, minused any team other than the other participant's team. But now, your Habs will meet their end faster.
