1. Jerry Hughes - Man, oh man.. Looking back at this pick, many Colts fans are still bitter Polian didn't go after Saffold and at the end of the day, Polian said himself he didn't make the right move. Hughes lacked this year for us, but I didn't expect much from him as Freeney/Mathis are obviously going to see the bulk of plays. I want to give this pick about two-three more years to fully judge it and look back it..

2. Pat Angerer - Everyone was mad at Polian for this selection. Huge REACH. Pat showed some signs that he has the tools to be the replacement for Gary when he decides to hang them up. He's instinctive, and he's strong in the running game filling gaps, but his coverage skills really got exposed at times this season.

3. Kevin Thomas - He hurt himself in camp, and suffered a knee injury that sidelined him for this season. We really could have used his talent this year, and some game experience.. Tough to judge this pick.

4. Jacques McClendon - Didn't really see much upside. I was really excited with this pick due to his measurables, but he didn't fit our scheme from day one and he may never be able to succeed in our system effectively. The Colts kind of bounced him around this season to find a niche in the limited time he played, and it was tough.

5. Brody Eldrige - As a Longhorns fan, I knew the type of versatility this guy had when the Colts selected him. When you have Dallas Clark, and Jacob Tamme emerging this season, it's nice to see a blocking TE with a decent set of hands. He's going to be big in the transition to run the football in the future for the Colts..

6. Ricardo Mathews - Bill tried to help our DT situation, and got a monster type of guy who didn't even see much of the field in college at Cincinatti. This pick didn't sure up the need at DT, it only showed our front office is scared to draft them higher up.. Besides Fili.

7. Kavell Conner - Easily the best strictly value pick for our Draft. He stepped in, played with urgency in the times of need for the Colts, and he brought intensity to our defense. I am so happy to see his progression and his maturity in the playing time with us he got. I can't wait to see what's in store for him..

7 B - Ray Fisher - In the CFL..

How do you look at your team's 2010 NFL Draft?

1. Tyson Alualu - Everybody though this was a huge reach due to the fact ESPN/NFL Network/etc wasn't talking about him and putting him up there with Gerald McCoy and Suh. Truth is however that alot of teams in the 1st round would of taken him if he was there as GM Gene Smith said (Miami, Pitt, Tenn) So we took him at 10 and as soon as we did, Miami traded back to take Jared Odrick. Alot of Jag fans were skeptic of the pick also for only like 5/10 mins until we all saw film on him. Tyson has a hell of a motor and never stops. He had better stats than Gerald McCoy in college and can play in either a 3-4/4-3. Tyson is one of my favorite players now. Love the guy, was a complete monster this year until he suffered a knee injury in the 2nd half of the season which kinda slowed him down. He'll improve over the years and become a dominant force.

2. D'Anthony Smith - Once again, everybody in Jacksonville was pissed once we took another DT after just taking Alualu since we have Terrance Knighton already in Jacksonville. Gene Smith said that D'Anthony Smith was simply the best player on their board, so thats why he took him. Also said that hes the same player as Alualu which is pretty scary. He tore is Achilles on the first day of Training Camp but its to be said that hes stronger now than he was before. He'll get ALOT of playing time in 2011.

3. Larry Hart - Once again, Jags go Dline and take a small school Pass Rusher who is also pretty small. Jacksonville is shaking their heads, when Larry got here in training camp, he completely dominated Eugene Monroe and Eben Britton the whole camp. He however was viewed as a project by Gene Smith and company and was ofter compared to Robert Mathis of the Colts. He had a sack or 2 in the regular season, saw very small playing time however due to his size and he needs to bulk up a bit. Future looks bright for Hart though.

4. Austen Lane - AND ANOTHER DLineman, which this is who everybody had going to the Jags because his College HC was now on the Jags coaching staff. Austen was a beast in College and has pretty good size, can play in a 3-4/4-3 and started a few games in 2011. He's still learning and I expect him to return to the starting Lineup in 2011.

5. Deji Karim - Possibly my favorite player out of the whole draft. Hes very raw, and fell far in the draft due to a knee injury his senior year in college. When he got to Jacksonville he was viewed as a KR but he picked up 73 rushing yards against Buffalo and got some carries in the last game vs Houston. Hes very explosive.

6. Scotty McGee - He's just a PR that can play some CB. Looked great in the preseason and regular season on Punt Returns, then got put on IR. He'll be back next year.
