To dark, the text dosent work and it is mad choppy. The lighting you have on the bottom should be on top and its a bit to intense.

The black bar doesn't fit .. you still need to work on the text ! but the rest is better then before ! I like the bg , try to blend a bit more the render so you get some flow .. but like I said this is way better then the other work
