The Sixers have agreed to trade Samuel Dalembert to the Kings for Andres Nocioni and Spencer Hawes, according to a report from Chad Ford of ESPN.

RealGM Note: Dalembert is entering the final season of his contract.

Nocioni is owed $6.85M, $6.65M and $7.5M over the next three seasons. Hawes, a member of the 2007 NBA Draft class, will become a restricted free agent after the 10-11 season.

We get some height with Spencer and some toughness I can deal with it.

fat ass contract for a fat ass contract and a contract filler lol. I like the deal for the Kings though. Dalmebert is pretty solid defensively. Solid guy to have on your bench.

Spencer has had his bright spots. He'll put up 25 every once in a while for you, but he'll put up less than 10 a lot as well. He's still really young tho.

This locks the Kings for Cousins.

And probably the Pistons for <Censored>ing Aminu. I doubt Monroe gets passed the Warriors.

Depends. We have Jason Thompson and Carl Landry in the post right now and probably Cousins as well. Unless we move Landry to the 3 which I've heard could happen if we made a move for a center.

At this rate, Rip and Tay are Pistons on opening day.

I like spencer. Im a bit iffy on him though. I heard from a couple of kings fans that he's really soft.

And Monroe is really high on GS draft boards. So its aminu for pistons.

Don't they have Thompson, Landry and possibly Cousins?
thompson is a 4 and nothing else. he has the height but not the strength or thickness to play the 5.

the only new pistons will be our rookies and maybe an mle signing. our team is fucked.

We still have two and a half months to make a deal lol.
Yeah but what idiot ass GM is going to trade Tayshaun or Rip for a franchise center.

We always say how we want and need that, but no GM is going to ship away a franchise center for basically nothing. They are rare to come by. Which is why we needed to do the deal with the Kings and draft our center.

If Dumars trades the 2, it won't be for anyone we want.

I like this for the 76ers. Hawes is a good fit. They're going to need some outside scoring on that team and Dalembert is not good.
