I don't see what you're talking about. I think you may be referring to the shading on his arm just under the wristband. I can assure that is just shadow, not BG.

yeah, I see.. under wristband inside of his right forearm.. does look like BG, but could be shadow, too (maybe clone around and cover up? - just an idea)
