To clear the big "is this a rip?"-question up, here's a few guidelines for you:
If I use a texture/photo/picture/stock that another member have used is it a rip? NO
If I use a texture/photo/picture/stock with the exact same colors and exacts same effects already used by another member without permission is it a rip? YES
If I use a render that was used by another member is it a rip? NO
If I use a render with the exact same colors, exact same positioning and exact same effects already used by another member without permission is it a rip? YES
If I use a font that was used by another member is it a rip? NO
If I use a font to write the exact same words with the exact same colors and exact same effects already used by another member without permission is it a rip? YES
If I drag a layer or copy a layer from someone else's psd to my own psd is it a rip? YES.
It's a rip when someone use some parts of a work without permission, and it is also a rip when you don't write the credits of the original author, or if you post a pack/psd/anything else made by someone else than you and you don't CLEARLY state both in your post and in your pack that it was not made by you.
