Good cuts. The only thing I see is the hair which could have been better in both. Like loks a lil too rounded in the 1st and too straight in the 2nd. Its ok though. No need to fix

Also the voids look a lil messy. Try using a 3px eraser and going around.

u don't have to use eraser, if you use the deletion cirlce layer.. just use magic wand to select outside circle, then select render layer and delete...

I'm terrible with hair, if any of you has any suggestions please enlighten me. Sorry about the voids, I shouldn't cut when I'm ready to pass out from exhaustion.
