OSU was ahead of schedule this year, but it's amazing that their veteran QB is part of the reason they're not as good as they should be. Stuck with him for another year too unless he randomly decides to grad transfer away from an elite program as a locked in starter.

I have no idea how Clemson was an underdog

OSU was the consensus #2 team in the nation according to pretty much everyone.

The only reason they weren't ranked second was because they didn't have a conference title.

Did you guys know that OSU didn't even play for the B1G championship?!

Had no idea, I also did not know that Jalen Hurts played as Deshaun Watson in Alabama's bowl prep last year.

That's fine, I still don't know why they were favored. This rematch has been etched in stone all year

I don't think so.  Clemson looked very average in a few games this year.

I thought we were destined for an Alabama, Ole Miss, Miss St, and Notre Dame final 4

They did what they had to do. Hard to get to the same place two years in a row. I just think based on how Clemson finished the season vs. Ohio state, plus all other factors, they should've been favorites

I wouldn't count out OSU just yet.

They lost to #2, which is a very high quality loss.  Washington lost to Alabama, which is the most quality loss of them all.  Alabama has zero quality losses.  I don't think the committee can realistically leave both OSU and Washington out of the national title game.

Saban dropped Kiffin between playoff games lmao

Kiffin has got to be the most off putting dude of all time. He leaves every place he coaches on bad terms or in an ugly breakup.

whoa this game has been on for four and a half hours. I haven't been watching but it seems like a good one. I can't stand either of these teams tho.
