OSU has played nobody of BCS contention. None. Zero. Nada. This being the case makes the fact that they do not belong.

Neither has Florida State or Missouri.

And don't give me that Clemson nonsense.

If Texas A&M loses tonight, the only teams Alabama has faced that will finished ranked will be LSU and Auburn.

And in the same scenario, that would leave just Alabam and LSU for Auburn, having lost to LSU already.

Clemson is the only team that's currently ranked on FSU's schedule.

Now you are bringing personal logic into this. The BCS doesn't work on "what they ended ranked" it works on "what they were ranked when the game was played."

Which is what matters anyways. Try again.

The BCS does not look at how good they "were" at the time of defeat lmao.

Miami is nowhere near the #7 team in the nation.  Using rankings at the time the teams met to make your argument at the end of the season is absurd.
Tell that to AP voters, ESPN, the BCS along with the coaches polls. No matter what you agree with that way of thinking has NOTHING to do with the shape and outcome of BCS bowls.

Michigan was ranked 11th at one point this season, so they must be great.

Miami has credit for beating the #12  team in the nation (florida), who is now 4-8.

At the time of the win that factors into the teams BCS score. Just because you don't like that doesn't make it so.

All that matters is what Michigan was ranked when OSU beat them. Barely. Which was not ranked, or even close.

True but it doesn't rid of the BCS. That will determine what teams make the playoffs.

Yeah but it's all relative to the BCS. They can't stick a #11 team in the playoffs in other words. Their hands will be tied.

Clemson had that great victory over #5 Georiga, who is now 8-4, who just needed 3 OTs to beat Georgia Tech.

Georgia has had more injuries than any ranked team this season. And they are still missing 7 starters
