OSU has played nobody of BCS contention. None. Zero. Nada. This being the case makes the fact that they do not belong.

 
Neither has Florida State or Missouri.

If Texas A&M loses tonight, the only teams Alabama has faced that will finished ranked will be LSU and Auburn.
 
And in the same scenario, that would leave just Alabam and LSU for Auburn, having lost to LSU already.

Now you are bringing personal logic into this. The BCS doesn't work on "what they ended ranked" it works on "what they were ranked when the game was played."

Tell that to AP voters, ESPN, the BCS along with the coaches polls. No matter what you agree with that way of thinking has NOTHING to do with the shape and outcome of BCS bowls.
