As of right now, there are 15 teams that have replaced their Offensive Coordinators for the 2012-2013 Season:

Bears- Mike Tice
Bucs- Mike Sullivan
Chargers- Hal Hunter
Chiefs- Brian Daboll
Colts- Bruce Arians
Cowboys- Bill Callahan
Dolphins- Mike Sherman
Falcons- Dirk Koetter
Jaguars- Brian Bratkowski
Jets- Tony Sparano
Patriots- Josh McDaniels
Packers- Tom Clements
Rams- Brian Schottenheimer
Raiders- Greg Knapp
Steelers- Todd Haley

Who do you think is going to have the greatest impact? Who do you think is the best hire? Who do you think will make the most changes or adjustments? Who do you predict will fail?

I still laugh at that Dirk Koetter hiring, daily.

I'll say Mike Sherman was the best hire.

I'd say either Sherman or Haley was the best hire - Koetter would be my fail.

McDaniels could be a great hire depending on if they bring in a WR who can pose a threat downfield. Combine that with Welk & Gronkandez and McDaniels could shine without even trying.

McDaniels in my opinion, he is going back to a very familiar situation. Albeit with different personnel, but he has a proven track record and a lot of players on the offense will listen to him due to his prior success with them. I think its going to be a very smooth transition with Josh as OC.

I also wouldnt be suprised if Tony Sporano does a good job with the Jets as well.

I was copying and pasting and then trying to put it in alphabetical order (first it was in order of the team's offensive rank last season). In that list, Bratkowski was directly below Schottenheimer, so I must've pasted Brian twice without realizing it

JMD wont, because its hard to top numbers that Brady had last year

Sparano will be an obvious choice, because Brian Shotty was so bad

Mike Sullivan will look better than he probably is, because I think Freeman rebounds, and if they get some WR talent, that offense will be good, regardless of the OC

Greatest impact? Todd Haley. But in a bad way. I think he screws up that offense, especially since Big Ben already said he didnt like the hire
Best OC: Sherman

Sparano isn't any better at running a passing offense. Hes known for running the ball.
