Need help asap!

Okay I am trying to make a sig and my settings are

Resoloution:72 Pixels/inches
Colour Mode:RGB Colour 8Bit
Background Contents:White

What am I doing wrong? It won't even let me brush in black colours.Or paste anything on the page...

Not sure it worked for me with those settings? Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

try changing the BG from wht to transparent..tht worked 4 me a while ago
