I totally forgot and my text sucks ass.

Text - DaFont.com - After Downloading The Font You Want -
Save It To a Folder That You Can Find Later -
Go To Start, Settings Control Panel, -
Then Double Click Fonts-
After The Fonts List Loads UP Select "Install New Font" -
After That On The Left hand side of that window will be a list of folders-
select the folder where you put the text at and then select "install"

Brushes - Go to DeviantArt.com search " Photoshop Brushes" -
Once Again save them into
a folder where you can find them later - then while in photoshop select the brush icon - then next to the brush size is a little Triangle/arrow button like button it should lead to a drop down list of options after selecting the button,
go to load new brushes -(the folder it will start you in will be the Adobe/Brushes Folder So Go Back Into Your Crive So You dont End UP Deleting AnyThing From the Program Files)
Select The Folder inwich you saved the brushes and then select thebrush you want to load
-- you can only load one brush at a time so repeat after you installed one ofthe brushes - -

actually, if you look in the resources here on SI, Macken and other have stockpiled a bunch of both
