They're all are good. Try experimenting with a new style, though, it makes you a better designer.

Those are 3 different style, don't they ?

Not really to be honest. All have the same text layout (over the player, black stroke, name and team, etc.), same photo effect (high pass is very noticable on all), and the same lighting/coloring techniques (soft brushes on soft light/overlay/whatever). The middle one is the most unique out of those three, but it's very similar to the Jeltz signature.
