The Dolphins have a ton of skill position talent, and a QB that I think could take a huge step forward if they ever get a decent line in front of him. It's probably not all that appealing due to all Miami sports being absolute garbage, though.
The Giants have the best receiver in the league, and he's only 23, so I vote them.
Giants because the division is winnable, Eli is solid, young OL to build up, top 3 WR on the roster. and they won't fire you after 1 bad year. They'll give someone at least 3 years to turn things around.
The Giants are the only answer, here. They have begun a foundation. They just need to retool at a few positions along the OL and LB corps, and could use one more pass rusher. These needs can be filled in a single offseason.
