Yeah, I finally uploaded it it. It's around 42 min. and is 370 MB. Very High Quality Video, and Sound. I watched it myself to make sure it wasn't messed up. My CPU was lagging bad because I was using CamTasia, Photoshop, and WinAmp at the same time, that explains for why my screen went blank sometimes. I recommend that you turn down the volume a bit, because the music is loud as <Censored>. Last note: I guess if you're a n00b this should help, if not, then it might be able to teach you some stuff.
Shortcuts: If you look at my History panel, you'll see I do a lot of Shortcuts.
Hue/Saturation: Ctrl+U
Add Clipping Mask: Ctrl+G
Stamp Visible: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E
Make my Brush smaller: Bracket Keys "[" and "]"
