I may be in the minority but, thinking from a purely professional standpoint, I'm trading away McNabb. He's going to get you the most value. The Raiders are probably good for a 1st rounder.
As for starting, I think you give Kolb a chance to prove what he's learned the past few years under McNabb and Vick is you fail-safe if Kolb can't handle it.
I say keep the 3 of them..
McNabb gives you the best chance of winning NOW, Kolb will be a fine replacement when McNabb leaves, and Vick provides depth.
Keeping the 3 is obviously the best situation but I can't see it happening. McNabb you could get great value for and Kolb get you something nice too. I think they should get rid of McNabb while there's interest in case he falls off this year or gets injured or something. If you get rid of Kolb you'll have to resort to Vick and then the draft when you could be focusing on another position.
I'm keeping McNabb, he's been the franchise for too long to turn around and dump him at this stage of the game. McNabb has spent a decade being the scapegoat for bitter Philly fans and though I love the future Kolb has, McNabb gives the team the best chance to win the 2010 Super Bowl.
Trading Vick, an even easier choice. Not impressed by a 70-something yard pass, in 1 game, with that kind of blown coverage. Too frequent last season, the Eagles' offense is driving, Reid gets the itch to call a "Mike Vick package", Vick comes in, and suddenly the drive stalls. Vick make a couple of plays last season but overall, he makes no sense for a team that already has their veteran and their future on the sidelines.
