Ty Lawson is facing criminal charges of physical harassment and criminal mischief following an arrest on Saturday.
He was arrested by sheriffs deputies on investigation of harassment that includes striking, shoving or kicking as well as property damage, according to the Denver Post. The Nuggets declined to comment per team policy. Lawson was arrested for a failure to appear in court back on January 29, 2012, making this his second issue in two years. The league could give him a penalty, but it's not likely to be enough to hurt his fantasy value.
