Missing the yellow on the trimming, the black and white should be the other way around. The number is also the wrong font and should be off center. Chucking a hue/color layer over the top isn't really much of a jersey switch

Not one of the best jersey switches I've seen. Mainly because of the Heat part, but the text doesn't match the text on a real Heat jersey.

Looks like the jersey is made out of bubblegum. Definitely need more than a color change & a skewed logo to qualify as a "jersey change"/

To be fair, he is switching the 2k10 cover, and the render on the cover has those fairly over the top effects to begin with.
