It's interference with the new rule (he didn't stay on the bag) and it's interference without the new rule (you've never been able to just grab players while they were attempting a throw). It's a shitty way to end the game, but there would be very few complaints if this happened in the 5th instead of the 9th.

Classic Bautista, he plays hard but sometimes too hard... I love him, but it's plays like this that need to stop.

By the way, had Forsythe been in proper position, the contact wouldn't have happened. He needs to learn to clear himself better.
