Is EJ Manuel the Answer for Buffalo?

The Bills came into the Draft looking to figure out their quarterback issue. There were many options including Geno Smith, Ryan Nassib, and Matt Barkley that they were linked to prior to the Draft, but they decided to choose Florida State QB EJ Manuel with their first round selection.

There's no question that Manuel has great talent, and undeniable athletic ability, but does he have the mental aspect that NFL QB's need? What do you guys think? Will Manuel be the answer that the Buffalo Bills have been searching for at the quarterback position?

Buffalo hasn't had a respectable coaching staff in years. Unless the new staff knows how to develop a quarterback, he could easily fall into the black hole that is Buffalo.
