I think its pretty good but the text needs to be better and I'd prefer if it was lighter on the sides

Text effects are nice, left side is a little bare. Add some more text on top of your current, 'OAKLANDRAIDERS' or 'WIDERECEIVER' or something of the sort, just to occupy some space. Colour is nice though. KIU.

I like it but it would have been better if you'd added just one or two more things imo.
