Kenny Britt is wanted by the cops again. No, this isn’t just an automatic post we schedule each week to boost traffic.

Police in Nashville are looking for Kenny Britt in connection to two outstanding warrants issued by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, according to Jim Wyatt of the Tennesssean. Britt has been arrested six times since being drafted, almost all for “minor” offenses. This one is yet another odd circumstance.

Police spokesman Don Aaron said Britt allegedly made inaccurate statements on his driver’s license applications on more than one occasion. It’s believed Britt lied about whether his license was suspended in the past.

Britt’s attorney Jonathan Farmer said his client plans to cooperate and will turn himself in when he returns to Nashville. The charge against Britt is a misdemeanor.

Britt’s father recently said that his son would be much better off in Nashville rather than hanging out in New Jersey, where he has gotten into a great deal of trouble.

The reality is that Britt hasn’t stayed out of trouble for too long, no matter where he has been as a pro.
